LaQuet Sharnell Pringle

I'm a Broadway performer, choreographer, director, educator, and founder of FYA Studios. After more than two decades performing, teaching, and creating across the performing arts industry, I've discovered that sustainable artistry isn't built through force.

It's built through awareness.

The Onset Technique is the methodology I've developed through years of professional practice, helping artists, educators, athletes, and creative professionals move with greater confidence, clarity, and authenticity. At its core, The Onset Technique is built upon three principles: Ease, Flow, and Connectivity.

Whether I'm teaching in a studio, directing a production, delivering a keynote, or coaching an individual artist, these principles remain the foundation of my work.

Britt Hewitt

Britt Hewitt is a New York City-based composer, soprano, and Music Director for Fearless Young Artists Studios. A graduate of The Juilliard School, Britt creates original scores that blend contemporary classical music, opera, and cinematic storytelling, bringing emotional depth and distinctive musical language to Fearless productions.

As the composer behind The Art of Becoming, Britt has crafted original music that serves as an equal creative partner to the choreography, helping define the artistic voice of Fearless Young Artists Studios. Her work has been performed by leading musicians and organizations across the country, and her collaborative approach continues to shape the company's interdisciplinary productions.

Britt is also the sole vocalist for the Phillip Glass Ensemble and tours the world with the ensemble.

Musical Director, Composer, Lyricist

Laura Aronoff is a New York City-based performer, choreographer, educator, and Associate Director and Associate Choreographer of Fearless Young Artists Studios. A versatile artist with experience spanning commercial national theater (including tours), television, film, concert dance, and Broadway Pre-Production workshops. Laura brings a collaborative spirit and keen choreographic eye to every stage of the creative process.

Working alongside founder LaQuet Sharnell Pringle, Laura has helped shape the artistic development of The Art of Becoming, contributing to rehearsal direction, movement development, and performer mentorship. Her thoughtful leadership, dynamic performance background, and commitment to cultivating authentic storytelling make her an invaluable member of the Fearless creative team.
